Art, Music & Dance Classes your Kids will Love!
We believe in the creative nature of every child, whether they are expressing themselves thru art, music or dance. Our education based programs focus on proper technique, fundamentals and learning. The most important part of every program is that the students have FUN and grow as individuals in whichever art form they choose.
Note: We provide ballet and tap shoes for trials and once you have enrolled in classes we require you to provide your own shoes, dance attire, and hair out of face.

8-17 yrs.
All Abilities Dance (12+): This class offers students with special needs a safe and fun place to express themselves thru dance.
Ballet, level I/II (6-9 yrs): Building on their initial ballet foundation they will expand their barre work, turns, jumps and technique.
Ballet, level I (8-14 yrs): This classical dance form is the heart of it all! In level I/II, dancers will increase their balance, develop advanced coordination, and practice classroom etiquette while learning technique, vocabulary, and history that will be useful in every additional dance form they choose to participate in. Dress Code: Pink tights, leotard, hair pulled back in a bun, ballet shoes.
Ballet, level II/III (8-14 yrs): Continued advancement in ballet technique. For current students. New students contact the front desk to confirm eligibility/level. Dress Code: Pink tights, leotard, hair pulled back in a bun, ballet shoes.
Ballet & Jazz, level I/II (8-14 yrs): This dance class combines Ballet & Jazz with balance, development of coordination, and practice of classroom etiquette while learning technique, vocabulary, and history that will be useful in every additional dance form they choose to participate in. Dancers will learn how to connect single movements to create full dances in collaboration with teacher and dancers.
Choreography (8-17 yrs): This class allows students to explore their own creativity, knowledge and skills to create powerful dance pieces. They will go behind the scenes to become a director, creator, collaborator and teacher. This class focuses on the fundamentals of the choreographic process and emphasizes basic principles of space, time and energy. Students will choreograph dances by applying a variety of choreographic approaches and techniques.
Contemporary Ballet (8-14 yrs): This class meshes the styles of classical ballet with modern dance to create movements that are more expressive and less rigid in form than classical ballet.
Contemporary & Lyrical (8-14 yrs): Lyrical dance is a combination of jazz and ballet. It is faster than ballet, but not as fast as jazz. Lyrical dance combines the many technical elements of classical ballet with the freedom and airier aspects of jazz, contemporary and modern dance. Most lyrical dance pieces are performed to music with lyrics and the lyrics of the song are what the choreography of the dance is based on.
Hip Hop, level I (8-14 yrs): An age appropriate version of a street style dance form with an emphasis on building community. Dancers will have the opportunity to begin to explore original and current Hip Hop style movement along with some exposure to the culture and music that influence it. Hip Hop is largely about community and freedom of expression.
Hip Hop, level II (8-14 yrs): In this level II class, dancers will continue to learn the basics and more advanced technique, choreography, and dance games.
Musical Theater (8-17 yrs): This class combines Jazz and Tap techniques with other varieties to create a Broadway style of dance. In addition, we will learn about and practice musical theater dances through history. This class will combine acting with Jazz and Tap dance. There will be a recital dance for this class.
Pre-Pointe (10-17 yrs):In this Pre-Pointe class we will be working on ballet techniques to develop muscle strength and stamina to prepare you for advancing to Pointe class. Must have minimum of 2 years of Ballet. Please contact us with any questions.
Performance Group (10-14 yrs): In this dance students will learn multiple dances that will be performed around the county. Styles of dance included in this class are Hip Hop, Jazz, Lyrical and Ballet. Students will need to be taking another class to be enrolled in this class as well as audition. Students will need to purchase one set of matching attire for the performances.
Tap, level I/II (6-10 yrs): Tap classes are designed to develop rhythm, style and sound. Students will learn a variety of tap styles from Broadway to Rhythm tap. Exercises focus on building flexibility of the knee and ankles, coordination, and speed of movement. The class emphasis is on developing proper tap technique, producing clear tap sounds, and having fun
**Recital Performances are in December and May. Recital fees are extra.
