Art, Music & Dance Classes your Kids will Love!
We believe in the creative nature of every child, whether they are expressing themselves thru art, music or dance. Our education based programs focus on proper technique, fundamentals and learning. The most important part of every program is that the students have FUN and grow as individuals in whichever art form they choose.
8-17 yrs.
Disney Choir (7-10 yrs) is a fun, group approach to singing. The class will be performing in the recitals. Students will have a say in which Disney songs will be sung in class. Students will be taught proper vocal techniques and introduction to music theory.
Foundations Piano (8+ yrs): Welcome to the next level of group piano classes! Foundations comes after Storytellers and has a big focus on reading! Foundations One focuses on the treble clef, and Foundations Two focuses on the bass clef.
Movement Performance for Vocalists (8-14 yrs) explores movement and dance techniques while singing. Students will have the opportunity to learn dance moves while using a microphone on a stand and in hand. Open to vocal students with an interest in Pop/R&B. Class will include across the floor warm ups, vocal warm ups and short routines paired to Pop/R&B songs. Students will also have to chance to create routines for songs they are working on in their private vocal lessons. They will gain confidence by practicing in front of their peers. *must be currently enrolled in private voice lessons*
Musical Theater Choir (8-14 yrs) is an Acapella group type class where students deliver exciting arrangements of current and classic hits, unforgettable and aspirational vocal performances, and best-in-class music videos.
Pop Choir (7-10 yrs) is a fun, group approach to singing. This is a small group class that takes place in a 45 minute class, weekly. The class will be performing in the recitals. Students will have a say in which pop songs will be sung in class. Students will be taught proper vocal techniques and introduction to music theory. The goal of this class is to introduce kids to the world of singing together in harmony in a fun environment.
Storytellers Piano (6-9 yrs): Welcome to Storytellers, our group piano curriculum for beginners age 6+, providing the foundations of piano playing for our young learners, using stories, songs and games.
Teen Rock Band (10-17 yrs) In this Teen Rock Band, students will learn songs to perform, how to play together and write music as a band. Experience on your instrument (guitar, keyboards, drums, vocals) required.
Private Music Lessons (7+ yrs) allow for one-on-one instruction which includes performance, notation, theory, and technique. These lessons allow for individualize curriculum. Lessons go at the pace of each student to ensure that all the fundamentals are learned and understood. Lessons that are 45 minutes or 60 minutes often incorporate songwriting and performance techniques.
