Katherine

Born and raised in Sonoma County, Katherine has danced all her life and specializes in teaching children and beginners to dance. With 20 years teaching experience she believes creativity is innate in all people and loves to guide them in their creative expression. Katherine studied ballet under Regina Jackson in Santa Rosa before moving to the Los Angeles area where she furthered her dance studies with training in numerous dance styles. Upon returning to Sonoma County, Katherine opened her own dance school in the Spring of 2002. In addition to her own dance studio she has taught for several studios in Sonoma County, the City of Santa Rosa, and as an artist in the schools for the arts outreach of the Luther Burbank Center for the Arts. Katherine holds a degree in Communications with a minor in Business Administration from Azusa Pacific University. She is also a motivational speaker, author and is an active volunteer in her community. Katherine lives in Santa Rosa with her husband and two daughters.
