Rylee found her love of music when she began playing piano at age seven. It was through piano that opened her eyes to the music world. In her early teens she taught herself ukulele and guitar. Through choir she learned how to sing and harmonize with others. In high school Rylee played guitar and lead vocalist in a band with friends.
With a passion for music she decided to pursue a degree in music, but realized how much she loves to teach. Last year Rylee received her degree in Early Childhood Development from Sonoma State University and has worked in the childcare industry for over 5 years. Rylee always found ways to incorporate her passions of music and art into her work with children.
As a shy kid, playing music and performing gave Rylee not only confidence but an avenue for self expression. She hopes to share her love of art and music with her students as they begin their musical journeys and guide them through the fun and challenging aspects of learning new instruments!
