Dancer
Teaches in: Sonoma County

Mentor Audrey has been dancing since she was three years old and brings a lifelong love of movement and classical ballet to her students at Art & Soul School. With more than 14 years of dance experience, Audrey has trained extensively in classical ballet, competed as a dancer, and participated in summer training opportunities with American Ballet Theatre. She is also certified in the Vaganova Method of Teaching Classical Ballet. Audrey has experience teaching dancers from elementary age through the teen years, creating lessons that build strength, technique, confidence, and a love of movement. She enjoys giving older dancers opportunities to be creative and take ownership of their dancing, while keeping younger students engaged through fun movement activities, routines, and plenty of encouragement. Her background as a youth sports coach has also strengthened her ability to teach teamwork, sportsmanship, physical fitness, and healthy habits in a positive and supportive environment. Audrey also proudly serves in the National Guard, an experience that has helped shape her strong sense of leadership, teamwork, and dedication to others. Whether she’s helping a student master a new ballet skill or simply discover how much fun it can be to move and dance, Audrey loves helping young people grow in confidence, strength, and creativity.
