Christopher is a passionate and accomplished music educator who brings both professional performance experience and a love of teaching to every lesson. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Music Education from Cal Poly Humboldt and recently completed an intensive Master’s program in Classical Guitar Performance in Alicante, Spain.
As a multi-instrumentalist, Christopher teaches guitar, drums, ukulele, and beginning percussion while helping students build strong musical foundations in a fun, encouraging environment. He has taught children of all ages—from toddlers through middle school—as a music teacher in both classroom and group settings, adapting lessons to each student’s age, interests, and learning style.
Beyond teaching, Christopher has performed extensively as the leader and guitarist of an 11-piece funk and soul band, giving him real-world performance experience that he enjoys sharing with his students. His background in education, classroom management, and student motivation helps students feel confident, supported, and excited to learn.
Christopher believes music lessons should inspire creativity, build confidence, and foster a lifelong love of music. Whether a student is picking up an instrument for the very first time or looking to advance their skills, he strives to make every lesson engaging, positive, and rewarding.
